I am very excited to announce that Becky McClintock will be teaching classes for Buddy's Chance, Austin Dog Training beginning in January of 2009! Becky was the Lead Trainer at Texas Hearing and Service Dogs for 6 years and is an excellent and fun teacher. I remember watching her teach a room of THSD volunteers years ago and thinking that her explanations were simple and straightforward, making them easy for the volunteers to understand. I later watched Becky teach high school aged home schooled students to train dogs with the patience and skill that any parent knows that requires.
Becky will be teaching our Austin Dog Training Students in classes held at coffee shops and outdoor locations around town so that students get real-life dog training practice.
